The first sights of fall arrive―pumpkins, gourds, and colorful leaves―and that means that Sukkot is almost here. Sukkot is the Jewish holiday celebrating the fall harvest and commemorating the time when the children of Israel spent forty years wandering the desert and living in temporary shelters (rebuilt as a sukkah during Sukkot).
